Sell Yourself. Without Selling Yourself.
Initiate your life's work — and build the positioning and self-trust to back it.
An 8-week group program for insanely capable coaches and consultants who know they're hedging.
You've been trying to get clients by explaining what you do.
It isn't working — and not because you're bad at explaining. What you do isn't the thing people are buying.
They're buying YOU. The way you see. The energy you bring to their situation. The specific combination of everything you've lived, survived, built, and learned that nobody else has. That's what makes someone say yes.
You've been burying your most important product. You — and your hard-earned perspective.
Personal branders will give you a vibe. Copywriters will give you better words. Brand strategists will hand you a framework to plug your story into. None of them will sit with you until you find the sentence that lands in your body before your brain can argue with it.
That's the only thing that actually works. And that's the only thing this program does.
Sell yourself. Without having to sell yourself.
Limited to 8 coach-consultants building their life’s work.
Cohort starts September 8.
Sound familiar?

"So, what do you do?"
This is a question that makes even the most talented coaches and consultants freeze with doubt.
When you have to attract your own clients — when you have to walk into a room and say what you do and why someone should hire you — something tightens. You start explaining too much. Or hedging. Or leading with your credentials instead of your conviction.
You leave the conversation frustrated. Not because you don't have something valuable to offer. But because you couldn't make them feel it — which makes you feel like the imposter you are not.
So you do what smart people do when they're stuck. Another certification. A website rewrite. Two more years of "still refining my niche." You get ready to get ready.
That's not a productivity problem. That's a fugitive pattern.
8 spots. Cohort starts September 8.
It's not a positioning problem. It's not a marketing problem. It's not a visibility problem.
It's a self-trust problem. You know you're good. You just can't make yourself sound like it.
When self-trust is off, the compass is off. And when the compass is off, everything downstream — your positioning, your messaging, your confidence in the room — drifts.
You're running like a fugitive from the very thing that makes you worth hiring.
It's not your resume that makes you extraordinary. It's the perspective you've developed — and buried in favor of marketability — that people are actually trying to buy.
Your perspective is your best product. But you can't sell what you can't see. And you can't back what you don't trust.
Here's what's actually happening.
Weeks 1 -3 : Excavate — Find out what actually makes you worth hiring.
We strip away the borrowed language, the vague positioning, the imposter armor.
Then we go looking for the real thing — the thread that connects everything you've done, survived, built, and learned, in a way only you could have. The problem you were built to solve before you knew that's what you were doing.
You'll be heard in a way you haven't been heard before. And what gets handed back to you will feel truer than anything you've ever written in a bio or said in a discovery call.
Weeks 3 - 5: Shift Physics — Learn to trust what you just found.
Knowing what makes you worth hiring and trusting it are two different things.
This is where most coaches and consultants stall. They see their strengths when someone holds the mirror up — then go home and talk themselves back out of it. They take one more course. They run like fugitives from the very thing that makes them worth hiring.
Here we get precise about who your work was built for — what that person is struggling with, and what they actually need that nobody else is naming accurately. And we do the self-trust work, because you can have all the clarity in the world and still not back yourself in the room where it matters. This is the kind of self-trust that holds up — not the heavy oak that cracks under pressure, but bamboo. Durable. Flexible. Fast-moving once the conditions are right.
By the end of Shift Physics: You'll know exactly who you serve, the problem you solve for them, and why you're the only person with your specific combination of experience and perspective to solve it.
Weeks 6 - 8: Produce — Say it so YOU feel it.
One positioning statement. One offer. One invitation you can extend without flinching — in any room, to any person, at any point in a conversation.
Not a pitch. Not a script. Not a five-step framework. Something that lives in your body because it's true. When someone encounters it, they won't think "that's interesting." They'll think "that's exactly what I need."
Then we work on what happens after it lands. How you hold a sales conversation that doesn't feel like selling. What you say when someone leans in and asks for more — and you actually know the answer. Positioning without the confident conversation to back it up is just a good sentence that goes nowhere.
By the end of Produce: You'll know the problem you solve, who you solve it for, how you solve it, how to say it in your own skin in any room — and how to hold the conversation that turns interest into a client.
Weeks 9 - 10: Integrate
This is where you take it into the real world — the first conversations, the reworked page, the pitch you finally say out loud. And the moment you do, real questions surface that no amount of prep could have raised: What do I say when they push back on price? This prospect doesn't quite fit the positioning — now what? I froze on the call — why?
That's exactly when you need a person, not a worksheet. These two weeks are active. You bring the live friction — the actual exchanges, the actual hesitations, the ideas that only show up once you're moving — and I give you direct, asynchronous feedback on it, in close to real time. Not "good luck out there." Real responses to real situations, while they're still warm.
The work isn't done when you can say the thing. It's done when you've said it in the wild, hit the first wall, and moved through it with support behind you. That's when the momentum is actually yours.
The Plan
Eight weeks of structured work. Then two weeks of active integration. We don't pad the work into a tidy quarter. We move at the pace serious people move — and we stay with you through the part most programs abandon you to: the real world.
What clients say.
Check out what Grow Disrupt business owner, Stephanie, has to say about working with Bryan Yates.
“In my head you’re the guy who comes along while I’m looking at my route on the map, smiles, then casually unfolds it so the hidden half is visible. This has been my accelerated super power”
“His questions just arrive. Calm. Curious. Friggin’ surgical. In about an hour, Bryan gently but relentlessly broke through so many stories I’d been telling myself about my own business.”
“This work got me more clarity in four weeks than I had in the first two years of my business. ”
“You help people remember who the hell they are — and move like it. If you are looking for legit real shifts in your perspective — get ready.”
Who you're working with.
I've been consulting since 2008 and coaching since 2013. Long enough to have lived the exact thing you're feeling.
I couldn't say what I did, or who I did it for, without stumbling over my own tongue. I kept thinking I needed one more credential, one more testimonial — some completeness that never quite arrived. I watched the coaching industry get so contaminated that even being good at the work, I felt like part of the problem. And I braced for the little dismissal that came when I said the words "I'm a coach."
So I did what you're probably doing. I overthought the messaging. Over-clevered the offers. Again and again — polishing everything around the work instead of trusting the work itself.
What finally moved it wasn't a framework or a branding course. It was getting honest about what I actually see, who I actually help, and why it matters — and learning to trust that what was there was enough.
That's the work I do with coaches and consultants now. We sharpen the internal positioning. We name the real problem you solve and exactly who you solve it for. We build the self-trust underneath it. And once that's set, every conversation and every line of messaging flows with ease — because you're finally saying the true thing instead of performing around it.
Let’s go build your life’s work.
What’s inside.
The shape:
One 1:1 session with me to understand what YOU are initiating and what’s been getting in the way of your momentum.
Eight live group sessions — Tuesdays at 9:00am PT, over eight weeks. Each one combines a short talk, hot-seat coaching live in front of the group, and structured exercises, so you learn from your own work and from watching others find their thing.
Then two weeks of active integration — deliberately call-free. No new material, no new sessions. Just you taking it into the real world while I give you direct, asynchronous feedback on the actual conversations and questions that surface once you're moving.
Between sessions:
A dedicated online channel for the cohort — wins, stuck points, positioning drafts, and the moments something shifts and you need to say it out loud. It's where the feedback and real-time support live between Tuesdays. I'm in there regularly, because the real shifts often happen between the calls.
One bonus:
A session on sales strategy and mindset with Talica Davies — someone I've worked with, trust completely, and consider one of the sharpest up-and-coming voices on this. She gets into how you hold a conversation that turns interest into a client without ever sounding like you're selling.
The group itself:
Something happens when a small room of people all wrestling with the same thing watch each other do the work. You don't just learn from your own hot seat — you learn from watching someone else find their sentence, and recognizing yourself in their struggle. You go further, faster, together than you ever would alone.
Maximum 8 participants dedicated to building their solo business. Enough intimacy to do real work. Enough range to create real perspective.
Investment:
Founding-member rate: $2,397, paid in full — or $897/month across the program.
This price exists once. The next cohort reflects the full value of what gets built here
Your move.
Here's the math that matters: the certification that was supposed to make you feel legitimate. The copywriter who gave you better words for the wrong thing. The branding consultant who handed you a framework that almost fit. The course you finished and quietly set aside.
None of it moved the needle — not because you chose badly, but because none of it touched the actual problem. This costs less than your last certification, and it's more useful than everything that came with it.
Nobody has sat with you until you found the sentence that lands in your body before your brain can argue with it. That's what this program does. Nothing else. Nothing more.
The actual problem is that you keep speeding past the truest thing about yourself — the sentence that would make the right person say that's exactly what I need — because you don't trust it enough to stop and say it out loud.
You don't have to get ready first. We start with yes, and work backwards from there.
$2,397. One cohort. Eight people ready to build their life’s work.
Let's talk for 20 minutes. No pitch. No pressure. Just a focused conversation about what's actually in the way.
