Sell Yourself. Without Selling Yourself.

A 12-week group program for insanely capable coaches and consultants who are done sounding like everyone else.

You and I both know you're good—really good—at what you do. The clients you have prove it in the wins you help them score.

But, you just can't make yourself sound like it, because your internal positioning is off.

If you can’t trust your message, then you’ll stay invisible to the people you know you can help.

This program finds what's actually there — and helps you build the positioning, message, and offer that you can back with confidence in any room you're in.

You know you're good. You've had clients — maybe even great ones. But you got them through someone else's network, someone else's referral, someone else's introduction.

When you have to find your own — when you have to walk into a room and say what you do and why someone should hire you — something tightens. You start explaining too much. Or hedging. Or leading with your credentials instead of your conviction.

You leave the conversation frustrated. Not because you don't have something valuable to offer. But because you couldn't make them feel it — which makes you feel like the imposter you are not.

Sound familiar?

It's not a positioning problem. It's not a marketing problem. It's not a visibility problem.

It's a self-trust problem. You know you're good. You just can't make yourself sound like it.

When self-trust is off, the compass is off. And when the compass is off, everything downstream — your positioning, your messaging, your confidence in the room — drifts.

You're running like a fugitive from the very thing that makes you worth hiring.

It's not your resume that makes you extraordinary. It's the perspective you've developed — and buried in favor of marketability — that people are actually trying to buy.

Your perspective is your best product. But you can't sell what you can't see. And you can't back what you don't trust.

Here's what's actually happening.

Month 1: Excavate Find out what actually makes you worth hiring.

We strip away the borrowed language, the vague positioning, the imposter armor. We go looking for the thread that connects everything you've done, survived, built, and learned — in a way that only you could have done it. The problem you were built to solve before you knew that's what you were doing.

You'll be heard in a way you haven't been heard before. And what gets handed back to you will feel more true than anything you've written in a bio or said in a discovery call.

By the end of Month 1 you'll know: What makes you the only person who could do the work you actually do — and you'll have stopped apologizing for it.

How we’ll work.

Month 2: Shift Physics Learn to trust what you just found.

Knowing what makes you worth hiring and trusting it are two completely different things.

This is where most coaches and consultants get stuck. They can see their strengths when someone holds the mirror up — and then they go home and talk themselves back out of it. They take one more course. They run like fugitives from the very thing that makes them worth hiring.

This month we identify who your work was actually built for. We get precise about what that person needs that nobody else is naming accurately. And we do the self-trust work that lets you back yourself in the room where it matters. This month builds the kind of self-trust that holds up — not the heavy oak kind that cracks under pressure, but the bamboo kind. Durable. Flexible. Fast-growing once the conditions are right.

By the end of Month 2 you'll know: Exactly who you serve, what problem you solve, and why you are the only person with your specific combination of experience and perspective to solve it.

Month 3: Produce Say it in a way that makes people feel it.

One powerful positioning statement. One compelling offer. One confident invitation you can extend without flinching — in any room, to any person, at any stage of a conversation.

Not a pitch. Not a script. Not a five-step framework.

Something that lives in your body because it's true. When someone encounters it they won't think "that's interesting." They'll think "that's exactly what I need."

We also work on what happens after the positioning lands. How do you hold a sales conversation that doesn't feel like selling? How do you handle the moment when someone says "tell me more" — and you actually know what to say?

Because positioning without a confident conversation to back it up is just a good sentence that goes nowhere.

By the end of Month 3 you'll know: The problem you solve. Who you solve it for. How you solve it. How to say it confidently in your own skin in any room you're in. And how to hold the conversation that turns interest into a client.

That's the launch.

What clients say.

In my head you’re the guy who comes along while I’m looking at my route on the map, smiles, then casually unfolds it so the hidden half is visible. This has been my accelerated super power

His questions just arrive. Calm. Curious. Friggin’ surgical. In about an hour, Bryan gently but relentlessly broke through so many stories I’d been telling myself about my own business.

This work got me more clarity in four weeks than I had in the first two years of my business.

Who you're working with.

It crushes my soul when I see coaches and consultants who I know are genuinely great at what they do — sounding like someone they're not.

I get it. I've been there.

Finding the language for my own work has been an ongoing, evolving process. What helped wasn't a framework or a personal branding course. It was going back to the experiences that actually shaped how I see — and learning to trust that what's there is enough.

I spent years documenting Holocaust survivor testimonies at Spielberg's Shoah Foundation — learning to hear what lives in the silence. I produced creative teams at Disney — learning how to make stuck things move. I've ridden 150,000 miles pulling others through climbs they didn't think they could finish. And 13 years of recovery taught me what it actually takes to rebuild self-trust from the inside out.

None of those dots obviously connect. But the thread between them turned into a practice for helping people find what's actually there — and backing it.

My business is understanding people's inner stories then altering their physics. That's it. That's the whole thing.

What’s inside.

1 private session for us to strategize YOU together.

3 live group sessions per month for 3 months — 9 sessions total. Each combines a short talk, hot seat coaching live in front of the group, and structured exercises. You learn from your own work and from watching others find their thing.

Week 4 of every month is yours. No calls. No homework. Just integration.

A dedicated Slack channel — wins, stuck points, positioning drafts, and the moments between sessions when something shifts and you need to say it out loud. Bryan drops in regularly — because the moments between sessions are often where the real shifts happen.

And the group itself.

Up to 10 people wrestling with the same thing, witnessing each other do the work. You don't just learn from your own hot seat. You learn from watching someone else find their sentence — and recognizing yourself in their struggle. You go further, faster, together than you ever would alone.

Maximum 10 participants. Enough intimacy to do real work. Enough diversity to create real perspective.

Investment:

Founding member rate: $897/month for 3 months. Or $2,397 paid in full (save $294 and signal to yourself that you mean it).

This price exists once. The next cohort will reflect the full value of what gets built here.

Your move.

You already know what the move is.

You've been circling it. Taking one more course. Waiting until you feel ready — which keeps not arriving.

None of them will sit with you until you find the sentence that lands in your body before your brain can argue with it.

That's what this program does.

Sell yourself. Without selling yourself.

Let's talk for 20 minutes. No pitch. No pressure. Just a focused conversation about what's actually in the way.
