Most people start with the idea of wanting to “lose weight.” That, however, starts in the kitchen. The reason we train is to make our bodies stronger, leaner, more flexible and mobile, agile, enduring, powerful, and efficient. My fundamental approach is to create long, lean muscles and strong bodies that have significant range of motion. Results come from getting the full body moving … fully.

I build carefully planned, total body workouts that are tailored to each individual. These workouts incorporate many different disciplines:

  • TRX Suspension Training

  • Weights (kettlebell, sandbag, dumbell)

  • Power/Flow Yoga

  • Deep Stretching

  • Balance
