That’s it right there. Collaboration is the reason to work with a coach. It creates mutual teamwork and accountability. There are plenty of off-the-shelf programs or cycling magazine tips that will certainly get you stronger. At some point, though, our strength ceases to improve when we outgrow any plan that is generic and impersonal. Hiring a coach means working with someone who will take the time to know you, understand your strengths and weaknesses, and will see the big picture. I work with you to define a program that fits your personal needs, experience, and fitness level.
